Regarding kerning problem - two days ago I was asked by my polish friend to design logotype for his future Wine Society. I prepared first and then (after his comments) second version. First is with no kerning - second - after one hour kerning operation. Could you say some comments about this kerning?

assuming this says "such and such winery" use the lighter weight for winery not in the name of the winery.
also, suggest you make "sopot wine society" smaller and letter space. and/or change face to a serif and letter space. ie add texture to the typography.
letter spacing is good and even.
see a few little places where you might tweak a bit more.
